Amanda & Keith

My nephew Keith recently became engaged to his lov,e Amanda. We usually refer to her as P as her last name is Pulouski and hardly anyone can say it. I wonder is she is secretly happy to have the nice neat (short) last name of Fox, when they decide to tie the knot> I know I like that short last name. ;)

Mike and I went out to their property out in the country to capture the engagement photos. I do have to say that we got a ton of super awesome photos.

Don't they make such a cute couple? I can not wait for the wedding.

Nationals

Hannah's competitive dance team made it to NATIONALS, in Indianapoli,s this last week end. Lucky for me.. my one & only sister lives in Indy AND lucky for her... she got to hang out with one crazy cool favorite sister, two nieces and a pint size (5 week old) nephew all week end.

I am such a slacker now that I have joined the world of smart phones. All of these photos in this post were taken with my iphone. Sad sad sad! I DID take my nice expensive camera to Indy with me but I only took photos with my iphone. Really? Yeah, I suck. BUT at least I have it documented. That counts right??

Hannah's dance troop took home 5 (I think) trophies. She danced in 2 dances and they won 2nd and 3rd places, respectively.

Hannah and Erin really wanted to visit the Children's Museum while we there. Here is the front of the museum.

PS Cord had a grand time riding around n his stroller and checking out EVERY.SINGLE.LIGHT in the building.

This by far is my favorite picture of the entire week end. Hannah has never really be into Barbie but she totally enjoyed the Barbie exhibit!! We were so lucky we went when we did!! That day was the last day for the Barbie exhibit.

MegAmazing

I was gifted the opportunity to photograph MegAmazing last week. Miss Megan will be turning ONE year old at the end of this month.

She was NOT all about the cake and the icing at.all! In fact in a few of these photos you can see the look of disdain in her looks and actions. But really she was a great please to work with. Here's to hoping her mom and dad get some super great smile during her real party!

I Heart Faces - Beautiful Black and White Challenge

I HEART black and white photos very much. Since my new grandson Cord has arrived I have been really stuck on black and white photos. Here are a few of my latest black and whites I have done.

I HEART FACES is doing a Beautiful B&W Challenge . I am having a hard time choosing an entry. But right now - My very favorite black and white is Prince Cord.

I seen this idea on Pinterest. So I bought some hemp and crocheted and painted this crown and deemed him my Prince.

Safe & Sound

Cord Andrew Robert has arrived. He made is appearance on 2.22.12 at 11:11 pm. He weighed at 9pounds 4oz and stretched in at 21 1/2", respectively.

Most of the following photos were snapped by my step-daughter, Erin, since I was a bit preoccupied with my daughter and grandson. I did have my camera at one point but for the life of me.. I can not tell you what shots I may have taken. Oh, Well. Kudos go to Erin for a story well told.

Yesterday during a quick ultrasound we caught Cord sucking his thumb. Naturally, as I got my iphone switched over to record... the little one STOPPED sucking. *sigh* Such is my luck.
