Miss Karly and I had a photography dated in the woods last month. She was such the lovely little model.
As you can see she loves Ariel. I loved it when she twirled and twirled in the grass.
Enjoy these photos as much as I enjoyed taking them.
Busy! That is my excuse. Uhhh was the my excuse the last post I made? Well then. I must still be busy.
This right here is a good friend of mine for over 35 years - Sarah. I have had this photo shoot lined up for MONTHS! Sarah and her hubby Herm knew they would be babysitting their very first grandchild on this day so she scheduled a photos shoot. Her are some of my favorite photos from that day. That old truck in the pics?? Year Herm restored it. Now I have know Herm for 30 + years and it seems like he has been working on the transformation for.ever! But Holy Moley the wait was worth it! eh?
The lovely Cerina was in from Virgina visiting recently. I was contacted by her Aunt Deena to hook up with her and get the Senior photos taken. That is just want we did. Cerina was such a good sport and up for any thing that I suggested for photos.
It was so ungodly hot on this day. I so surprised that we didnt melt away. That's summer for you in South Eastern Indiana.
I knew I wanted to take some shots of the kids all patriotic like.
I was unsure of what I wanted to do or where I wanted to shoot. So
Sunday I planned on getting those shots. We happened to have an
"extra" kid that day. The more the merrier. SO Hannah's BFF Zoey
tagged along also.
After we got all the patriotic clothing co-ordinated, hair fixed,
baby fed and changed we packed up to head out for pictures.... Only
to realized it was RAINING!! Whaaaa Whaaa! It rained for the 2 hours
we were out. :(
We tried not to let that dampen our plans (all pun intended). Cord
was is normal 16 month old self and didn't want to cooperate all
that much. We ended up down along the Ohio River at a gazebo and bike
path IN THE RAIN.
Here are my results. Not to bad.. right?
I think this is my favorite!
Duck lips do not become anyone let alone this child. LOL
I know that the color selection is so - not hip any longer but I wanted to highlight the flags.
Happy Independence Day to you and yours.
Here are some shots from my second round of engagement photos for Lyndsey & Josh. The first batch was some how ate by my iMac.
So, they were such good sports about re-doing their photos. I always have a great time with these two. I can't wait for thier
wedding in September!!
On our first round of photos I used regular crushed (by me) sidewalk chalk for their fight. But, after the iMac eating incident I bought
some of the real deal chalk and we went at the fighting again. They had a blast and so did I. I had so many great photos. It was really hard to
just choose a handful.
