LEM Black & White Challenge

I love to hate this photo. Here is a little back ground on this shot. This is a photo from a session that my dear sister requested I do for her family. The dog was my sister Boston Terrier, Sophie. My sis requested I come to her home in Indianapolis, Indiana and do a photo session of her kids with their beloved Sophie. You see, Sophie was diagnosed with Cancer and was declining quickly. This is such a bittersweet shot. I do like it but I hate what it had to represent.

L.O.V.E

I have named this photo L.O.V.E. Very appropriate IMHO. I think the LOVE is conveyed very well in this photo!

RIP Sophie!

Poor Sophie! Such a beautiful shot, though. You can see the love so clearly!

I think it's great that you were able to get this beautiful shot while you had the chance. It can be hard on the heart now but in time you will cherish it.

You did a wonderful thing for them.

Love the selective coloring!
